What happens when the 14-day trial ends?+
We never charge you without a card on file. When you're ready, pick a plan and add a card to keep going. If you don't, your account simply pauses — your data is held so you can pick up right where you left off (or export it).
Can I switch between Starter and Pro later?+
Anytime, in both directions. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Your data stays exactly as it is either way.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You have 30 days to export everything — a full CSV of your ledger, the CPA tax package (PDF + Excel), and every document in the Vault. After 30 days your account is permanently deleted.
