Trust Center
Built so your portfolio data is yours alone.
Your ledger holds bank balances, tenant details, and years of property financials. Here's exactly how we keep them yours.
Your Documents Work for You.
Not for Anyone Else.
Upload an invoice, mortgage statement, or rent roll. Our AI reads it and extracts the numbers. It keeps no copy to train on, and nothing you send is ever used to improve a model.
We didn't cut corners on which AI we trust with your data. We use Google's Gemini on Vertex AI (the enterprise tier), where what you send in is contractually excluded from training any model. The AI does its job and keeps nothing.
This isn't a privacy toggle buried in settings. It's how the architecture works.
Infrastructure Security
We host on Google Cloud Platform, the same infrastructure powering Google Search and Gmail, with your data copied across multiple locations and protected by several independent layers of security.
Encrypted, always
Everything we store (your ledger, backups, and uploaded files) is encrypted, so it stays unreadable even to someone who somehow got hold of the raw files. And every connection between your browser and Keystone IQ is encrypted in transit, so no one can eavesdrop on your data along the way.
Walled off from every other customer
Every database query is scoped to your organization ID at the connection layer. Customer-to-customer isolation is absolute — another customer's session can never reach your data. Keystone IQ operators are governed separately (see Operator Access).
Google Cloud Platform
Hosted on Google Cloud (the same infrastructure that powers Google Search, Gmail, and YouTube). Automated daily backups mean your data survives a hardware failure, and the platform is defended against attacks around the clock.
Authentication
Sign in with email, Google, or Apple, and add two-factor authentication for a second layer beyond your password. On the mobile app you can lock everything behind Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's fingerprint reader. Each sign-in session expires on its own, so an old session left open on a shared device can't be reused.
Operator Access
Keystone IQ operators have administrative access limited to the metadata required to support your account — organization name, member emails, subscription plan, aggregate usage counts, and property names. They do not see individual transactions, tenant details, or document contents. Every operator access is recorded in an audit log with a typed reason.
Privacy by design
We design our systems with major privacy frameworks in mind. You retain full ownership of your data, and you can export or delete it at any time.
